This will be a panel discussion held at the school on We are encouraging all of our female scholars to come (yes, males are invited too). There will be 4 guest speakers and 3 sponsors sharing their knowledge and expertise on a variety of topics that include but are not limited to: Peer Pressure, social media, gender equality, sexism, planning for the future and navigating through teen years.
3.)Family Fitness Fun Night
Enjoy free classes with the whole family in Yoga, Zumba, Soccer, and a free dinner provided by choop't salads.

Winter Arts Show Letter
Winter Show Performer Letter
The 7th Annual Winter Arts Show is on December 21, 2017 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Every
student has been working very hard on their musical performance pieces. We hope to see each and every parent there!
**Ask your child about what instrument they play in the band, and what song they are singing as part of the chorus.
You are receiving this letter to notify you that your child is performing as part of the Chorus’s Nutcracker sing-a-long, and/or the West Prep Marching Band.
Your child is required to stay Thursday December 21, 2017 from 2:20 – 7:30 PM for dress rehearsals and the final performance in the auditorium
Please sign the slip (over) and return to your child’s performing arts teacher to acknowledge that you understand the procedure for Thursday night. By signing below you agree that it is OK for your child to stay after school on the evening of the show and that you will make the best effort to come and see your child perform.
What parents need to know:
Doors open at 5:30 to the public. Show starts at 6:00PM
Admission is $2 per person suggested donation for the PA as a fundraiser Refreshments will be for sale as well as part of the PA fundraiser.
Dinner & Rehearsal schedule: ALL students will be dismissed at 2:20 to the cafeteria to eat supper from 2:30 – 3:30 then will stay in classrooms to do homework, and go to the auditorium for dress rehearsals from 4:00PM – 5:30PM.
Students will not be allowed to leave the building from 2:20 – 7:30PM.
Please send a snack with your child in the morning.
DRESS for Performance: All children should be dressed in SOLID black and white clothes only. No patterns, no logos, or writing. If you have questions about this please call the school or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Behavior: Any student who is uncooperative or if the staff feels that their behavior jeopardizes the integrity of the performance will be dismissed immediately and sent home. Parents will be contacted about this via phone call or Jupiter grades.
