Winter Arts Show Letter

Winter Show Performer Letter

The 7th Annual Winter Arts Show is on December 21, 2017 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Every

student has been working very hard on their musical performance pieces. We hope to see each and every parent there!
**Ask your child about what instrument they play in the band, and what song they are singing as part of the chorus.

You are receiving this letter to notify you that your child is performing as part of the Chorus’s Nutcracker sing-a-long, and/or the West Prep Marching Band.

Your child is required to stay Thursday December 21, 2017 from 2:20 – 7:30 PM for dress rehearsals and the final performance in the auditorium

Please sign the slip (over) and return to your child’s performing arts teacher to acknowledge that you understand the procedure for Thursday night.
